ADR Curaçao B.V. should only be contacted by players when they believe an Operator is in breach of their T&Cs and/or other policies and procedures disclosed on Operator’s website. All disputes with an Operator about a payout, a blocked account, a delay, broken features and so on, should first be taken up directly with the Operator. If no resolution is found, you can escalate the matter to ADRC by completing the form above. All ADR’s (Alternative Disputes) will be handled by a neutral third party, ADR Curaçao B.V. specialized in such disputes and disputes are resolved free of any charges for the Player.

By using the option to Self-Exclude, you commit to the additional terms as displayed below. Please read this information carefully before continuing.

The option to self-exclude ("Self-Exclusion") via the verification page (the "Seal") is an intermediary service provided by Globiz Solutions Ltd (Globiz). By submitting a self-exclusion request (the "Request") through the self-exclusion form (the "Form"), the end user ("End-User") initiates a process for the relevant operator (the "Operator") to suspend services for a specified period. Self-Exclusion Request is irrevocable once enforced. Globiz and operator should without unreasonable delay contact you once Request received for Player identity verification. Once the Request is properly validated, you shall be Self-Excluded from the date of Request for 12 months. During the Self-Exclusion you will not be able to revoke it until self-exclusion term passes. Globiz Solutions Ltd. shall assure that Operator will properly execute validated Requests. Above mentioned provisions might differentiate, depending on the self-exclusion requirements and regulations of the license that Operator holds.
